This world's like a mental hospital

art imitates life in this labyrinth of mental strife
i'm falling upwards into madness, in its keen stench i scented life
the world's one big mental hospital with mindless souls feeling for an exit
when feeling itself is the key, but ignorant leaders never says it
i see zombies bound by chains that carries suitcases that carry hope
i've seen misery in the loss of love, who loses all and tries to cope
dreamers dream what doesn't seem, tricked by higher purpose and destiny
hypocrisy, the innocent stones the impure to right their entity
i examine the harvest of self rooted on a drought and wasted land
reaping profits from foundations, as fertile as Sahara sand
verbal venom fills a void in our brain we used to call imagination
media propaganda saps the life of cities, sprayed to cleanse like disinfectants
pure souls contaminated by poison conducted from the frequency of radio
fiends chasing cheap thrills, follow the legs of where ever the ladies go
yet, life's rhythm commences at a tick-tock rate, red stop, and green to go
my sports car's in tip-top shape, but ever thought of what velocity brainwash flows?
key to life. fuck freaks, avoid fatasses and make-up the ugly
these actions are enough to give birth to the next generation of love-me's
cliques huddle close as an act of rejection to anyone that isn't there

its a paradoxal irony, composed of lies and greed
this world is like a mental hospital, and i realize this reality is too real
so i choose to say goodbye to a tired conscious, and let my emotions make the kill
